Not for the Faint of Heart

The Manifesto

If you're an anti-AI person, hear me out. If you're a 2-year "expert" who calls memes a fad while you were limping with celebrity tokens pretending to be a philanthropist - this is your wake-up call.

The OGs went through the most sour piss on their necks. We watched the footprint of printed debt in fiat AND the % losses by sheer pop size of participants in crypto. We're not here to sugar coat anything. We're here to build something that isn't a ponzi.

The Receipts

You got comfortable. While you were chasing the next 100x, the degens saw it clearly: the sugar-coating evolved from transvestites to realdolls - they got you by the balls, quite literally. The influencers, the celebrities, the "thought leaders" - they farmed you.

MrBeast allegedly dumped tokens on his followers. Andrew Tate's DADDY token had 30% insider holdings - $45 million before you even clicked buy. Drake, Metallica, Sydney Sweeney's accounts got hijacked to pump and dump - $10-13M losses each time.

The sentiment on CT? "Poisonous." Fear & Greed Index in fear territory for over 30% of 2025. Everyone's exhausted from rug pulls, Pump.fun spam, and the narrative shift from "memecoin supercycle" to "memecoin winter" in a matter of weeks.

Why Purple?

Purple is the color of antidote. Of royalty among outcasts.

Bonzi started as everyone's favorite desktop buddy in '99. Then things got complicated. Now we're back - open source, no tracking, no harvesting.

We're not here to make you rich. We're here to build systems that can't betray you.

That's revolutionary in an industry where betrayal is the business model.

The Real Problems (Let's Not Pretend)

What's the main issue with social media?

Two things. Both weaponized against you:

1. The Dopamine Cycle
210 million people globally exhibit addictive social media behaviors. TikTok is called a "dopamine slot machine" - 6-second videos creating rapid-fire addiction. Your brain can't predict when the next reward comes, so it stays locked in anticipation and craving. "Dopamine-scrolling" is now officially recognized as a public health challenge (2025 study).

2. The Data Harvesting
Every click, pause, and scroll creates a detailed psychological profile sold to advertisers who use it to influence your buying decisions and emotional states. Since Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X are free - you are the product. The more time you spend engaging, the more ads in your face, the more data harvested, the worse your mental and social health.
The Bonzi Approach:
We don't harvest your data. We don't run ads. We don't optimize for engagement addiction. Open source means you can audit everything. Self-host option means you control your own data. On-chain transparency for rewards - no black box algorithms deciding who gets what.
Accountability: GitHub audit trail. No tracking pixels. No analytics beyond what you explicitly enable. Verify it yourself.

Why should I trust crypto at all after this carnage?

You shouldn't trust "crypto." You should trust systems. There's a difference.

The crash revealed what we already knew: meme coins are fragile, celebrity tokens are extraction vehicles, and 95% of founders are PVP - player vs player, taking your money while pretending to build.

CT culture became "suicide, not algorithm" - Nikita Bier (X Head of Product) said it himself. The community ate itself. Coordinated buys, rug pulls, FUD campaigns from influential accounts causing rapid crashes. Engagement doesn't reflect agreement - bot networks and engagement farming make unpopular views seem mainstream.
What We're Building Instead:
A DeFi economy based on cooperation, not extraction. Merit-based rewards over wealth-based influence. On-chain proof of every transaction. No promises - code and receipts.
Accountability: Every reward txn on Etherscan. Code on GitHub. Partnerships you can DM to verify (Ethervista, Defiants).

What About Claude Code? (The AI Hype Check)

Isn't this just another ChatGPT/Claude wrapper?

Let's address the plastic parade directly:

The next wave of "AI projects" will be curated by nutjobs with no XP and their Claude Code copilot - shipping half-baked wrappers, calling it innovation, raising seed rounds while you hold the bag.

Generic AI tools hallucinate DeFi yields. They misread whale patterns. They give you "always DYOR" platitudes while you're getting rugged in real-time. They read about crypto. They didn't survive it.
Generic AI (The Plastic): "Cryptocurrency investments carry risk. Always do your own research before investing. Consider consulting a financial advisor."
Bonzi (Calibrated Intuition): "Chart's weak. Whale wallet moved 40% to CEX - same pattern as [specific historical example]. Dev wallet unlocks in 3 days. Here's why that matters for your position..."

How is Bonzi different from Claude Code specifically?

Different category entirely. Claude Code is a general coding agent - "terrifyingly powerful" for prototyping apps, debugging, vibe-coding startups. CT calls it "lights out" for general dev.

Claude Code: Might scaffold a DeFi app in hours. Automates coding workflows. Great for non-devs building products.

Bonzi: Tells you if that DeFi app's tokenomics are a trap. Spots the whale pattern. Knows why the chart looks weak because it's seen that pattern through 3 cycles.

CT small KOLs say generics like Claude "hallucinate yields or ignore cycle scars." We're not competing with Claude Code - we're the specialized fork for crypto judgment. Claude Code reads about bear markets. Bonzi lived them.

What's the actual technical moat?

Our moat isn't the model. It's the corpus:

  • 96,361 messages of real crypto conversations spanning October 2018 to October 2024
  • Decision-making style captured - not just facts, but judgment calls
  • Fine-tuned for: DeFi mechanics, macro analysis, investor psychology, community management
  • Few-shot examples of actual calls that worked (and ones that didn't)
The Technical Stack:
Fine-tuning: Embeds judgment permanently (10-20% accuracy boost over base models)
RAG: Adds real-time on-chain data for fresh context
Hybrid Search: Combines semantic (conceptual) + keyword (exact matches like token tickers)
Prompt engineering alone doesn't cut it for crypto.
Validation: "Point at the mistake" demos. Side-by-side where generic AI fails crypto nuance, but Bonzi nails it via real convos. Not benchmarks - real calls.

Market Validation (The Numbers)

What's the market size for "Brain as a Service"?

The crypto-specific BaaS market (domain-expert AI clones) is a subset of blockchain AI:

Crypto BaaS Market Projections

$680M 2025 Market Size
$4.3B 2034 Projection
22.93% CAGR Growth

Web3 AI agents alone hit $1.39B funding in 2025. AI-crypto startups raised $565M. The overall Web3 market grows to $257B by 2033 (CAGR 50.2%), driven by DeFi/trading clones. AI agent tokens exceed $10B+ market cap (FET, TAO, etc.).

The niche: "Talk to someone who's survived 3 cycles, not an AI that scraped them."

Who are the closest competitors?

Crypto-native competitors (verify their repos/chains yourself):

Project Founded Focus Moat
Fetch.ai (FET) 2017 Autonomous trading agents Decentralized compute, RLHF for styles
Bittensor (TAO) 2021 Subnet specialization Tokenized rewards, distributed ML
SingularityNET (AGIX) 2017 AI marketplace ASI token governance, DAO archiving
Virtuals Protocol 2024 Tokenized agent ownership ERC-8004 provenance, flywheels

Bonzi differentiates via: "Calibrated intuition" from real cycles (not just facts), plus community management focus. We're niche sovereign: not a broad marketplace, but the crypto judgment clone for communities.

"Integrity beats all traits on long timelines. Reputation is hard to build, easy to lose."
- The only truth that survived 3 cycles

For Small KOLs (Under 50k Followers)

What is Bonzi, and why should a small KOL like me care?

Bonzi is an AI bot that lives in your Telegram/Discord, trained on real crypto convos (96k+ messages) to manage communities, answer noob questions, spot farmers, and reward OGs.

For us with <50k followers, it's a game-changer: frees up time from 24/7 moderation so we can focus on alpha hunting. No more drowning in raids or FUD. It's like having a co-founder who doesn't sleep.

How does Bonzi help with sybils and farmers?

As small KOLs, our groups get farmed by bots chasing airdrops - wasting our budgets.

  • AI FUD patrol: Counters misinformation with accurate info from your docs
  • Raid verification: Checks real tweets, originality, account age
  • Pattern detection: Spots sybils across wallets and communities
  • Quality tracking: +1 points for helpful reacts, quality questions, onboarding
  • Auto-leaderboards: ETH claims at 100 pts (bonus for token holders)

No more manual reviews. Free forever for self-host, which aligns with our anti-VC ethos.

What's the monetization angle for cloning my expertise?

We're not big enough for sponsorships, so cloning our brain for "Brain as a Service" is alpha:

  • Free tier: 100 interactions
  • Paid tiers: Via Stripe or Base chain (Starter/Pro/Enterprise)
  • Flywheel: Give free value in CT, build trust, then monetize relationships
The Flywheel Model (Since 2018):
Attention → Trust → Generosity → More Attention

Free value first (helped communities, volunteered skills). Monetize relationships, not attention. Trust built through action, not timelines.

For the Skeptics (Good, You Should Be)

How defensible is "lineage" as a trust signal?

Highly defensible in crypto. In a space where 95% of founders are seen as PVP (self-serving), bear market survival is proof of integrity.

On-chain proof: Tools like ERC-8004 track build history, making replication hard.
Community perception: OGs like Vitalik are trusted for "writing the spec, not chasing meta."
Reputation: "Hard to build, easy to lose" - weekly, founders lose trust via unverified claims.
OG respect: "Proven expertise" is the key bet. Organic growth over hype builds "family" communities.

Why should I trust you specifically?

You shouldn't trust. You should verify.

  • Every reward txn on Etherscan - verify yourself
  • Partnerships: DM @ethervista or @deabordefiants - ask them
  • Open source - audit the code yourself or pay someone to
  • No VC money - no one to dump on you at TGE
  • No ads, no data selling - revenue from actual product usage

Is the code open source? Doesn't that kill your business?

Code is open. Moat is not.

Projects like LangChain, Bittensor, and Fetch.ai prove this works. They open-source frameworks while gating:

  • Training data: Our 96k message corpus
  • Trust network: DM our partners, they'll vouch or roast
  • Lineage: GitHub history - every commit timestamped
  • Calibrated intuition: The judgment generics can't replicate

Open source = peer review. No spyware like old Bonzi. Provenance beats secrecy in Web3.

What if this is just another exit scam with better marketing?

Valid question. Here's the structural answer:

1. No Pre-mine: We didn't allocate ourselves 30% at launch like DADDY.

2. LP Hardlocked: 75% of community pool goes to liquidity that physically cannot be withdrawn. Code enforced, not promise enforced.

3. Revenue-Based, Not Inflation-Based: Staker rewards come from actual Stripe/Base payments, not token printing.

4. Open Source: You can fork it tomorrow if we turn evil. The code works without us.

5. Bear Market Proof: We built through 2018-2023 when there was no hype to extract. That's the receipts.
The Real Test: Watch our actions over the next year. Not our words. This FAQ means nothing if we don't execute. Bookmark it and hold us accountable.

Is this like the old Bonzi (the spyware)?

The 1999 Bonzi got bundled with spyware by third parties. That's exactly why we're open source:

  • No tracking pixels
  • No ads or ad networks
  • Self-hosted option = you control everything
  • On-chain transparency for all rewards
  • Data encrypted, never sold, never shared

We reclaimed the name because it forces the conversation. You remember Bonzi as spyware. We're proving software can be built differently. The purple monkey is rehabilitation, not repetition.

Addressable & Accountable Systems

How do you prevent becoming another ponzi?

By building systems that make extraction structurally impossible:

  • Merit > Wealth: Karma system rewards genuine contribution, not bag size. You can't buy your way to influence - you earn it through consistent, valuable participation.
  • Real Yield Only: 5% to stakers from actual revenue (Stripe + Base chain payments). No inflationary rewards. No "stake to earn more tokens we printed."
  • 95% to Impact: Revenue goes to Unidos Projects, refugee resilience. Decentralized philanthropy - community growth funds real initiatives, not founder lambos.
The Test: If we disappear tomorrow, does the system still work? Yes. Open source code. Decentralized rewards. Community-owned data. We built to be replaceable - that's the integrity check.

How is this different from Galxe, Zealy, or other "community tools"?

They're dashboards. We're in the chat.

Ready to Build (Not Just Talk)

How do I start?

Three paths. All lead to the same place:

  • Self-Host (Free Forever): Clone from GitHub. Full features. You control everything. We recommend this.
  • Try the Demo: Main page demo shows the judgment quality without commitment.
  • Get Setup Help: DM @bonzi_vista. No sales pitch. Just configuration help.

What does it cost?

Free: $0 forever (self-hosted, full features)
Social Impact: $60/year (nonprofits, requires proof)
Premium Features: Pay-as-you-go via Stripe or Base chain

No VC subsidies that disappear after Series B. No "free tier" that's actually a funnel to expensive enterprise. The free version is the full version. Premium is for advanced features, not basic functionality.

What platforms?

Telegram: Native, full features, live now
Discord: Coming soon
Languages: EN, PT, 中文, TR, RU, FR

The Bottom Line

What's the actual vision here?

A DeFi economy where:

  • Merit beats money - contribution determines influence, not bag size
  • Data stays yours - no harvesting, no selling, no algorithmic manipulation
  • Value flows to impact - not founders, not VCs, not insiders
  • Code enforces promises - not trust, not reputation, not "we're the good guys"
  • Expertise is cloneable - your judgment becomes an asset you can monetize without selling your soul to platforms
We're not here to make you rich. We're here to build systems that can't rug you. That's a lower bar than it should be - but in this industry, it's revolutionary.

The skeptic who reads this and still doubts? Good. Verify everything. Watch for a year. Then decide.

The degen who's tired of being farmed? Welcome. Let's build something that doesn't require you to trust us - just audit us.
